A valid Visa or MasterCard account, to be held for security and damage deposit, is required to reserve any unit. A prepaid cleaning fee and 10% county room tax are applied to each rental. Rental charges may be paid by credit card or check.

Cancellation policy: Minimum fee $50.00; 30+ days notice = $50.00 service charge; 30 days or less = entire amount of rent. All holiday periods = rent forfeited in full on due date unless rebooked for same dates and rate.

Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is before 10:30 AM

Sorry, pets are NOT allowed in most units.

Firewood is supplied, kindling is not provided.
